How can I get my item repaired?

I lost my piece, will DRD replace it?

DRD is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have lost one half of a pair of earrings that are not sold as singles on the website and would like to place an order for a replacement, please contact us at [email protected].

Do you provide a shipping label for repairs?

We do not provide shipping labels for incoming repairs. You are responsible for shipping your repair to DRD. The cost of return shipping is covered by DRD.Please do not send your repairs in any boxes, pouches, or sentimental cases as we cannot guaran

Do you offer a warranty?

Your new piece purchased from Dana Rebecca Designs website or showroom comes with a one year warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse or natural wear and tear.

Will my repair be covered by the warranty?

We offer free repairs for jewelry purchased from the Dana Rebecca Designs website or showroom within one year in the United States, excluding Puerto Rico. Please note that repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply.
