How can I get my item repaired?Updated 5 months ago
We can only repair items purchased at Dana Rebecca Designs within the last 5 years. Please be ready to provide proof of purchase to validate these requirements.
Follow the instructions below to start the repair process:
- Complete our Repair Form.
- Someone from our repairs team will reach out with a repair price quote and further instructions within 48 business hours of receiving the form.
Things to Note:
• Repairs will take 8-10 weeks to complete.
• Order Number or Receipt info are required.
• Items purchased more than 5 years ago are not eligible for repair.
Please note if you purchased your item through a department store or independent jewelry store, you need to contact that retailer for repair instructions. We do not repair pieces purchased at other retailers, including Nordstrom.
All repairs are subject to approval from our bench jewelers. If we cannot repair your item, we will ship it back to you.
Once your repair invoice is paid, completed repairs are shipped back to you in a DRD pouch. DRD covers the cost of return shipping.
