We are unable to accept international exchanges. The fastest and easiest method to get the item you prefer would be to place a new order online and return your original order following the international returns instructions.
Please note, for international product returns, the purchaser is the exporter from the destination country and is responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, and restrictions of the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to DRD upon DRD's receipt of the returned product. All costs of return must be prepaid by the purchaser. Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the item. Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and other signature packaging materials.
Please note that personalized, custom, bridal, final farewell or any reduced priced items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
*Note for international returns: Shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns must be paid entirely by the customer.
