Please note that DRD is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at [email protected]. In the case of a lost or stolen package, we, the shipper, will file a claim with the mail carrier on your behalf. When submitting a report, it can take 8-10 business days for the claim to be completed. Dana Rebecca Designs is unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is resolved with the mail carrier.
For international orders, please contact your local postal service for information on how to file a claim.
If you purchased package protection through Route, you can file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.
